Résumé

Issus des aires géographiques voisines, mais des cultures distinctes, L’Aventure ambiguë de Cheikh Hamidou Kane au Sénégal, et la nouvelle Quandîl Oum Hachem de Yéhia Haqqi, en Egypte s’inscrivent dans le cadre du «réalisme socialiste ». Ils ont en commun une caractéristique essentielle : «c'est la crise d'une culture à l'envahissement d'une autre», où les deux écrivains restituent toutefois le modèle du roman «interculturel»
